This evening of self-care will include gentle & restorative yoga, guided visualizations, writing prompts and deep relaxation to clear tension and guide you toward making this the best end of year yet!

Take this time for yourself to gather in sacred circle, ceremoniously reflect

on the past year and set intentions for the New Year.

During this session we employ restorative postures, focus on our breath and give attention to healing vibrations. Using therapeutic-grade essential oils and guided meditation,

we draw inward and bring ourselves into awareness of the present moment.

We create space for reflective journaling and are granted a chance to make peace with past moments. We then shift our focus forward and look to create our future moments through dreaming, consciously designing, and vibrationally declaring our intentions for an abundant year ahead.

MINI-RETREAT FOR THE SOUL: An Evening of Self-Care Saturday, March 18

Treat yourself to an evening of self-care and receiving.

We begin our time together on our mats with a gentle, slow vinyasa.  As we flow, tying movement to breath, our muscles gently warm and our minds begin to slow down, letting go and drawing inward. After some pranayama, we invoke the relaxation response and move into restorative poses fully supported by blankets, bolsters and blocks.

This practice is entirely different than many popular yoga practices as no muscular effort is used. There is no goal to stretch or strengthen. The focus, instead, is on releasing habitual tensions stored in our bodies. This receptive practice balances the nervous system, enhances flow to vital organs, boosts the immune system and aids digestion.

As we remain in passive poses for 8 -10+ minutes, the tension living deep within our bodies are allowed release.  Then we enjoy a guided meditation, healing vibrations, and therapeutic-grade essential oils which are used to assist the mind in following the body into deeply letting go and creating more space. Gift yourself this opportunity for deep healing of mind, body and soul.
