A number of years ago, when I was struggling to find the identity I had traded in to take on the roles of WIFE and MOM, I tried guided meditations to attempt to bring peace and hope into my life. I decided I needed help pulling myself up from the muck and mire in order to restore a sense of contentment in my life. During that time, I purchased a relaxation CD that included calming music, guided visualizations and affirmations.

It was the beginning of my beautiful journey to self

As a result, I grew quieter and found a stillness within myself and as I began to listen to my body more, changes took place in my brain that facilitated a transformation. The snowball of healing transformation began rolling down the hill picking up speed and size. Through this self-honoring experience, I embarked on a spiritual journey; an inner journey of body, mind, and soul.

Since guided meditations have served me so beautifully, I want to offer you the same opportunity as you begin your journey toward finding yourself.
