In this one, I talk about the reasons it can be hard to accept ourselves as we are and the three most common ways a lack of self-acceptance shows up in our daily lives. I get on my soap box for a few minutes discussing how the act of not accepting our selves is the reason we are seeing the need for more forgiveness, compassion and acceptance of others in our communities – the answer for the collective is found in the work we do on ourselves individually. Then I wrap up the discussion with three practical actions you can take today to begin accepting your self more on a daily basis.
